~ Free Shuttle service to KUTA area
~ Free welcome drink upon arrival
~ Welcome massage at SPA Sarinande Beach Inn (minimum stay 2 days)
~ Children Free under 12 years sharing room with parent (maximum of 2 children)

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY :
~ Any cancellation must be in written with subject to approval of Bali Long Vacation
~ Any cancellation made within 10 (ten) days prior to arrival 1(one) night's accommodations will be applied.
~ In case of no show 1(one) night cancellation fee will be applied.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY :
~ 50% deposit from Total Value of the reservation must received 1 (one) week before arrival to secure your reservation.
~ The remaining balance is settled before guest departure/on cash before check out.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
