Regular Season (Validity: January 06 - July 31, and September 16 - December 24, 2007)

High Season Validity: August 01 - September 15, 2007)

Peak Season (Validity: December 25, 2007 until January 05, 2008)

Reservation made during January 06 - July 31 and September 16 - December 24 is Low Season will have cut off date 16 days prior to arrival, any cancellations will be charged at 1 night/villa/reservation.

Reservation made during August 01 - September 15 is High Season will have cut off date 25 days prior to arrival, any cancellations will be charged at 1 night/villa/reservation.

Reservation made during December 25 - January 05 is Peak Season will have cut off date 35 days prior to arrival. In this period, the reservation must be for minimum of 3 nights stay. Any cancellations will be charged 50% of the total reservation. Cancellation is only requested by fax, email or in written only.

Check In and Check Out procedures:
1. Check in time is 14:00, Check out time is 12:00 noon.
2. Extension of check put time until 18:00 is subject to space availability and will be charged 50% of villa rate.
3. Check out after 18:00 is to one night room charged at villa rate (subject to space of availability).

Billing procedures:
1. 50% deposit to secure your reservation
2. The balance to be settled 14 days prior to arrival.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
