All prices are quoted in US$ (US Dollars), unless specified otherwise.
All rates are per room per night for single or double occupancy.

Regular Season (Validity: January 06 until July 20, 2007 and September 01 until October 09, 2007)

High Season (Validity: July 21 until August 31, 2007 and October 10 until December 19, 2007)

Peak Season (Validity: December 20, 2007 until January 05, 2008)

All rates include:
* Return airport transfer (minimum stay 3 nights
* Welcome 30 minutes royal foot bath (minimum stay 3 nights)
* Heliconia flower arrangement in the room
* Traditional welcome drink "wedang pletok"
* Daily afternoon tea/coffee
* Daily breakfast (Indonesian/CBF) served in the room, pool area, garden or restaurant
* 30% discount all treatment in the spa

Extra Bed cost is at US$20 net/person inclusive of breakfast. A new year booking minimum length of stay is five nights.

Children Policy:
A maximum of two adults and one child under 12 years is recommended for each room, a baby cot can be provided upon request with advance notice at additional charge. A second child can be accommodated using the existing bed space.

Check-Out time at 12:00 noon, every effort will made to accommodated request for late check out at no extra charge. Half day charge to guarantee 6:00 pm late check out.

Prepayment:
Minimum one night deposit to secure your reservation. Full payment must be received 20 days prior to arrival to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation within seven ten days prior to check in date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night accommodation at the room rate, plus applicable tax and service charge. In the event of no show, payment will be based on the full length of stay.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
